The Race is ON! Have You Signed Up Yet?
That’s right. It’s time to walk, run or ride in a race that takes place around the world- all to raise IH awareness and fund vital research to find a cure for IH!
You can register at http://www.wix.com/ihbrainpain/race and participate in your choice from a 3k walk, a 5k/10k/15k/half marathon/full marathon run or 25k bike ride between September 1 -30, 2010. If you can’t participate, you can help recruit family members, friends, co-workers, church members, the barista at Starbuck’s…you get the picture. All proceeds benefit IHRF, plus you get a nifty, commemorative awareness bracelet, free with your registration.
Remember, you can’t race if you don’t sign up!
